# New User Registration/Password Problem

 * Hi S2M,
 * I have been using S2M for a long time with no issues. Recently a serious problem
   has developed with New User/Member Registrations which is causing great concern.

 * Settings:
    I ‘allow’ Open Registration level #0. I ‘customise’ New User Email
   Configuration I **DO NOT ALLOW** custom passwords to be set during registration,
   however, recently my new users/members are receiving a message which contradicts
   the settings, such as this:
 * Your Username/Password for:
    The James Allen Institute
 * Username: zs
    To set your password, visit: [http://roadmap.jamesalleninstitute.org/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=OWs8W1P9PPy8E3j7DhCF&login=zs](http://roadmap.jamesalleninstitute.org/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=OWs8W1P9PPy8E3j7DhCF&login=zs)

 * …instead of how it always was and should be according to the settings such as
   this:

    Password: 3PFQi0BnDBhG
 * Please click on the link below and enter your Username and Password to Log-in:
