New user registration emails not sending out

Hi guys,

I know that’s quite a few of similar topics on the forum about this. I had read many of them and tried various methods but still can’t resolve it.

When new users signup, they are not able to receive the notification email with passcode. But as an administrator, I was able to received notification email about it. I installed a plugin called “WP Mail Logging Log” and able to see both the new user and admin emails were generated. But new user still can’t receive it.

I also installed WP-Mail-SMTP, set it up following this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/smtp-settings-for-go-daddy-email-accounts?replies=10. I was able to receive a test email from it as well.

I also tried the method Jupitercow mentioned here (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/new-user-registration-emails-not-sending-out?replies=14) to test out php’s mail() function and was able to receive the test email as well.

So now I’m a bit lost on why the new user email was not going out. Will any expert be able to help me to take a lot? I can give you access to the backend site.
