    I have been using the plugin for a few months now but over the last two weeks I have noticed many new users complaining they cannot login with the password they are sent via email.

    I have tried it myself too and it doesn’t appear to work. I don’t understand what has changed. All new users are set to pending and must be approved by Admin before receiving their login details.

    Any tips on how to find out what has gone wrong?

    Which TML version?

    The latest version 6.2.3. It was working fine for over a month and all of a sudden it’s acting a little strange. I will have to check if there is a conflict with other plugins.

    Are there any known conflicts?

    I would be very grateful if you could offer me some assistance with this problem. I have tried re-installing a copy of the theme with fresh files but this still doesn’t resolve the issue.

    When a new user signs up and onve their account has been approved, the password emailed out to them doesn’t allow them to login.

    Then if they try to reset their password, it says their email is not registered but i can see it in the database. It then allows you to sign up using the same email address.

    Everything was working fine and randonly starting acting strange a few weeks back.

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Disable all new plugins you’ve added since it “started acting strange” until you find the culprit.
