New user not saved

    looks like the 4.4.1 got an error in the code for adding user through admin. clicking on add user, typing name, first name, email, password -> add new user, nothing is saved. i can’t add any new user, just edit existing ones. clean german wp 4.4.1 install, usual apache server, NO PLUGINS activated, tested in both newest ff and chrome. can anybody confirm?
