# New user link

 * I added a file upload shortcode with a file upload button in the form. The file
   uploaded fine, but when I got the email to finalize the registration, I got this:
 * Oops! That page can’t be found.
 * How can I troubleshoot?

 * Check the plugin settings under the “Record Form” tab, make sure the Participant
   Record Page is set up.

 * That was it. After I created the page, and changed the link page id to that page,
   it worked. Thanks.
