new user in phpbb -> no new user in wp

    hello,
    i use wordpress 4.98 and phpbb 3.2.3 with w3all-bridge 1.9.3.
    the installation from wp-w3all-phpbb was successful.

    the synchronize WP -> phpbb and phpbb -> wp should be automaticly.

    when I create a new user in wp he will create in phpbb immediately. -> OK
    when I create a new user in phpbb NO user will be automaticly create in wp. -> BAD
    (new user in phpbb registration is finished)

    I don’t know where the problem can be.
    What can I do to find the mistake??

    Hi! well seem then all is working fine!
    The reason is: this is a wordpress plugin, if you let register users in phpBB, until they not visits wp side as logged in in phpBB or they login wp side, no code will add this user in wordpress. Same behavior if you let users change profile email or password on phpBB profile: until the user not visits wp side, it will be not updated also in wordpress.
    If you want to let users register in phpBB and you want they added in wp side at mean time, check this:
    Add user at same time into WordPress when register/login in phpBB side
    if any other problem just post!

    p.s in iframe mode this problem is resolved because phpBB run in wp iframe that is linked: when user register in phpBB, then it is added or updated at mean time also in wordpress.
