  • Hello,

This sounds like a caching issue. Are you currently using a caching plugin? If so, please make sure to exclude the my-account page. You can read more about this here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

    I hope it helps.

    Hi,
I am using asset-clean up and wp-rocket. WooCommerce is fully compatible with WP-Rocket and as you recommend avoiding JavaScript file modification, Following the same.

I tried deactivating both the plugins but the issue persists.

With Asset Cleanup, I am adding all three pages. https://ibb.co/cyZ48XN

    Please help!

Hi Team, Is there any update on this?

    Hi,

Thank you for the update. Ok, let’s check if the issue is caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. – please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Hi,
I disabled the rest of the plugin and kept woocommerce activated but still issue is there.

Is there any hook that I can check in my code for the same?

    Hi,

Just to clarify, did you switch the theme to Storefront AND disable plugins? Since this is not core WooCommerce behavior, the issue is likely caused by something that’s unique to your site (e.g. plugins, theme or custom codes)

    Hi,

As we are on production so it would be very difficult to switch the theme. Although, I did a local setup and everything is perfect with the same theme which I am having + all the existing plugins + woocommerce but idk what is wrong with the production, would like to understand why the functionality is breaking.

Is there a way to debug? I would be very grateful.

I see that it only happens on the production site. In that case, can you try the following?

    • Clear transients and cache from WooCommerce > Status > Tools.
    • Check in with your web host to see if they are caching the site at a server level. If so, perhaps clearing the cache may help.

    Hi @maykato,

I hope that won’t create any issue in my existing project and in products of woocommerce + DB as well.

    Hi @maykato,

On local setup, I did Clear transients and cache from WooCommerce > Status > Tools but now, getting this message only ‘No shipping zone found for configuration. Please contact the admin to manage your store’s shipping’. Although, Flat rate and free shipping are already there in my shipping settings.

Let me know if something is wrong.

    Thanks,

    Hi @maykato,
    Can you please help?

    Hi,

Hmm…that’s strange. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Pasting here is safe?

    Hi,

Yes, system status is something that we often ask users to share on this forum. If you are not comfortable, you can remove the lines you prefer to hide.

    Hi @maykato,
I could not reply you due to creating a stag environment.
Now, I have created a stag environment and replicate the same code and followed the same steps to clear cache and transients.i.e.
Clear transients and cache from WooCommerce > Status > Tools

but my issue is still the same with my-account page. Please let me know how to rectify this issue.
