Hi, I’m trying to put a simple contact form on this page, but it keeps putting the default contact form. I have edited the generic form and saving and uploaded the changes but the changes aren’t being reflected on the page. I have cleared the cookies but That didn’t help either.

I created a new form and that worked. Now, if only I could understand how to put two form fields on the same line.
