• This new update is really causing me problems.

I work for a concert venue so I am constantly editing the posts I create but ever since the new update I have to create an entire new post and replace an old one to edit or add ANY INFO at all. This is becoming a problem I didnt know it could be considering the volume of edits I have to do in one day.

I am not trying to update a completely different section of the site and replace info on one page. Couldnt update it so tried to replace the entire page. No new link shows on my parent page and the old link is still there, it just says its now a broken link and the page doesnt exist.

3 weeks ago it was fine and since its just been increasingly hard especially since word press has THE WORST customer service ever. Literally EVER considering that they have none except to send their customers to other customers.

As you can see I am very upset, please advise if possible to change this annoying issue

  • word press has THE WORST customer service ever.

We have no customers. WordPress is free to use and this forum is staffed by volunteers.

You have javascript errors coming from somewhere. Have you tried:
-deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
-switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Theme Forest has had some problems with some themes.

Since your theme is commercial and from them try support at
