New update causing site slowdown

Hi!

I have installed the new version of the plugin 1.5.5 and P3 Profiler plugin is saying that it has a 85% impact at the site loading speed!! That was not the case with older versions of this pluign…so can the author take a look at this problem? At pingdom i get a 14s load time…

I have two other questions or suggestions to the author of this plugin!

1. Would it possible to display the comments count on the dashboard? Because it would be easier to identify the number of comments already made by users. At this point i would have to search all the posts for new messages…

2. How can i moderate Google+ comments? I know a alltime classic question, but nowhere can i find a good answer for this, using this plugin…
