    Hi I am the maintainer and am very sorry to hear about the issue. But haven’t heard about this issue from other users. I wonder if there is a conflict with the theme or other plugins you are using. But I can’t address the issue without knowing more information. If you can provide any more information I will do my best to address the issues for you.
