I have just switched over to Jetpack Twitter Timeline, and while the widget seems to work just fine now that I’ve discovered which number to enter into it, I’m still getting an error message at the top of my website Spun Stories
Here is what it says:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/cynthiahaggard/spunstories.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-twitter-timeline/wp-twitter-timeline.php on line 236
I have no idea what this means. Could you please help as I don’t want to see an error message on my website.
At a low level I can tell you what that error message means. WordPress is looking in the ‘option’ database table for an option with the name ‘widget_wp_twitter_timeline’ and finding nothing. What this actually means is…
I suppose it’s not installed properly. Personally I do have such an option in my database table there, which must have been put in place when I followed normal install procedure.
I notice even the manual install procedure doesn’t involve fiddling in the database, so maybe you can trigger it to set the option for you somehow. I suggest you check that the plugin is activated, and then configuring it in the widget menu. Try making a trivial config change saving that. It might trigger it to fix post the right database entry in the options table.
