New to WordPress looking for a Theme

I’m trying to build my own Q&A site. I’m looking for a Template/Theme that will allow me to have a search bar (ask a question) as my front page. I m looking for something like this questions.com

If you guys know of any themes or if you guys know of a way to implement this into my website, that would be great.
