New Time Zone City for PST/PDT

I was looking through the settings for timezones for America. California has recently passed a law that they won’t be using daylight savings time. I always used Los Angeles for setting time zones on websites but due to this, soon anyone in PST/PDT won’t have a city to choose in settings. We can’t use UTC-7 or UTC-8 because it changes during daylight savings time as well. Could you add Seattle, Portland, etc.?
