    This plugin is generally working for me, but I’ve run into a problem converting WP comments to tickets via the admin/comments page.

    The first time I click on “Convert to Zendesk Ticket” it works fine. A ticket is created correctly. Subsequent clicks on the “Convert” link (for other comments) opens an empty modal.

    I’m using WordPress 4.7.3 and Zendesk plugin 1.6.11, the latest versions of both at the time of this writing. I do not see any errors in the JavaScript console.
