    Hello, Freshdesk –

I’m a new Freshdesk client, installing Freshdesk onto a pre-launch website.
I’m using the Extra theme from Elegant Themes, a Divi-based theme.
I’m trying to set up tabs on the support page, so I’ll have:
    1. a tab for creating a new ticket
    2. a tab to see open tickets
    3. a tab to see all tickets

But no matter what I do with the “new ticket” shortcode, the button to create a new ticket is always placed at the very top-left corner of the post. It does not want to go where I place the shortcode on the page.

The other Freshdesk shortcodes appear to be working better, although I notice that the “All Tickets” tab is defaulting to “Open Tickets” instead. Is that a problem of having the shortcode placed twice on one page?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey,

Thank you for your heads up. It does have an issue. We will fix this up very soon and release an update.

    Hey

We have released an update for this plugin. The issues have been resolved.

Also, currently you can not have two search options on the same page. So [fd_fetch_tickets] could be used only once on any page.

The new ticket shortcode placing issue is also resolved.

    Regards,
    Vrunda Kansara
