New themes: Dent and Esthwaite

    Two new themes.

    Esthwaite is based on photos of the English Lake District. It is fixed width because of the need to align images precisely.

    Dent is a much lighter and simpler theme. Flexible width with the search form in the top right. Brown, orangey-brown and similar soft earthy colours.

    Both themes are two column with the sidebar on the right. They have been tested in Firefox, IE, Konqueror and Opera.

    As these are the first two themes I have done completely from scratch, criticism is very welcome.
