New theme version review takes too much time

    Hey,

    I have uploaded a new version to my theme (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/corporate) that contains a bug fix.
    Unfortunately after about a week the new version still haven’t been reviewed, and since then I uploaded two newer versions that contain some more bug fixes which are very critical (security aspects). Those haven’t been published either.
    What can I do to make the process of reviewing faster, so it will take less than a week? This theme is kind of popular and people are downloading a buggy version.

    Given they probably have quite a few themes to review on a daily basis, I’d say it probably takes a bit of time to review each theme individually.

    Hopefully, in the future, this will be a more automated process, however, seeing as it’s hard to automatically check whether a theme contains sponsor links, I’d say not anytime too soon.

    It’s hard to rely on honesty when it only takes one person to ruin it for the masses.
