# new theme problem

 * I just downloaded the summer picnic theme and unzipped it to ftp to my server.
   The folder is called picnic. Once I upload it says that it’s incomplete and missing
   some files. Where could they be? I did what your instructions said. How do I 
   correct this problem?

 * The picnic folder name has a space in front of it. Either use your host’s file
   management or ftp to rename the folder without the space.

   summer picnic but the folder is called picnic?

 * I just did a rename and ftped it again. its name is picnic and it still can’t
   read it. Why?

 * I just went into my Bluehost file manager and it still had a space in front of
   it which I could rename this time. It’s working now. Thanks.
