 * The theme is offered “as is” pre-bundled with plugins that are redistributed 
   with all of their information in-tact.
 * You can download, edit, erase, and do whatever with the code of BIV.
 * I’ve never bothered with licensing on any themes, so I’m a bit in the dark as
   how I would make this “GPL” or why it isn’t already “GPL”.
 * Please, tell me what about this theme doesn’t keep the “credit where it belongs”?

 * GPL licensed themes do not insist that credits are left intact. It may considered
   polite to do so but it’s not a usage condition. However, only GPL licensed themes
   can be promoted within this forum.

 * I think that was a little misworded (on my behalf). I’ll reword it. When I was
   speaking of credit, I was referring to the prepacked plugins that were included
   in the theme itself.

 * The easiest method is simply say that it’s released under GPL 2 and provide a
   link to the license if necessary.
