    One of the options in the plug-in is to disable opening windows in a new tab; it’s not mandatory to use it, but it is an option.

    For accessibility, it’s better to leave users in control of whether or not a link will open in a new window or tab, but as long as you include text in the link that indicates it will open in a new window, you’re OK from an accessibility standpoint.

    Thnks for the reply and info. I am new t adding accessibility to web pages. After reading a few web sites I have removed the _blank tags and made sure the box was properly checked in th settings.
