 * I am looking for my call of action link to open a new tab (its a outbound link)
   Im not sure how to go about this. Can you help me out?

 * Create a child theme using the sample child theme available in the theme folder,
   look for “ChildTheme” folder.
 * Then copy slider-one.php into the child theme.
    Add `target="_blank"` after `
   <a` and before `href=` in line # 39 Upload child theme to wp-content/themes and
   activate it.
