• The last New Subscriber Notification I received via email was January 6th, and I generally add subscribers every day. The new subscribers are still getting subscribed and added to the database, but the email component whereby I am sent an email notifying me of a new subscriber does not send to my domain email address. It DOES send to my gmail account, but NOT to my same-domain email address.

  • If you are using just one email address on your notification field and are still not being able to receive that notification, we suggest you get in touch with your host support. We’ve seen similar complaints before, where an email address from the same domain as the website can’t send an email to itself, and that’s a host configuration.
