    Hello,

    I’m new to Mailchimp and this plugin. I’m trying to figure my way around using both. I tried subscribing a few emails via the form of your plugin, even though there is a successful message saying check email inbox to confirm, nothing is sent to the email addresses subscribed. I also can not find these email addresses anywhere on my MailChimp list.

    Can you please help with this?

    Anybody please?

    I can see the emails subscribed successfully in the log but still nothing being sent from my MailChimp account or any new subscribers on my Mailchimp list.

    I would be grateful if anyone could help. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please note that the “success” message is only displayed by our plugin, once the subscriber details are accepted by MailChimp.com using their API. Our plugin does not control the emails sent by MailChimp.

    An issue like this is mostly caused by things such as email set incorrectly in your MailChimp account. Are you using an email provided for free in your MailChimp.com account as “From” email address or one that is branded for your domain?
