   product categories and tags. How do you normally use them so customers can find
   items easily?

   they serve slightly different purposes.**Product Categories**
 * Think of categories as the main structure of your store. They should be broad
   and hierarchical.
 * Example:
    - Clothing
       * Men
       * Women
    - Electronics
    - Accessories
 * Categories help customers browse your store like sections in a shop.
 * **Product Tags**:
   Tags are more flexible and descriptive. They are not hierarchical.
 * Example:
    - cotton
    - summer
    - sale
    - waterproof
 * Tags help customers find products with specific features, even across different
   categories.
