Hmmm… the slider is throwing perpetual error 500s on http://seeditup.com.au/_dev/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2014/04/SIUBanner_1000x305.jpg which you can see too if you go directly to that URL. Usually this means a file permissions issue or other mis-configuration.
Did the Clone operation complete successfully and display the results? Have you checked the cloning logs?
I’m also wondering if the underscore in the site name is causing an issue.
You might need to double-check your file permissions on and under /wp-content/uploads.
Ok, I’ll create a new clone, called dev (without the underscrore) and I’ll check the messages.

Yes, it was the site name and the underscore that created the problem. Now the new site is called /devonly and everything got copied like a charm!
