    We just setup the plug in today, we are testing with a different email. We register all the fields are good and then we never get the email confirming we are a active affiliate? We have the plug in set to auto approve.

    When we look at the manage affiliate is show it is active and approved affiliate, however how would our affiliates know if they don’t receive the email confirmation?

    This is not an issue with the plugin itself but related to how your server sends emails. The most common cause for new accounts not receiving the notification is that your server’s emails don’t get through or are simply flagged as spam.

    Possible causes:
    – your web server is blacklisted or not correctly set up to send emails and the receiver rejects emails issued from it
    – errors during processing due to syntax errors or plugin conflicts
    – PHP memory limit is too low
