New Sidebar with unique/new category

    Target doesn’t create a new Category.

    I am trying to create a new category of sidebar. A sidebar for a category of pages in my NAV. However, when I go to add a sidebar the only options are if I utilize the Target option to replace or merge with a precious category/field. How can I create a new category/field? My old field options do not have the option of creating a sidebar for a page.

    Do your category pages have a default sidebar?

    The “Target” option will not create anything but is used to select what sidebar/widget area should be replaced on the given conditions.

    Yes, it does, however, when I add a new category sidebar the only option is to place it under one of my previously named sidebars, (Footer, footer 1, footer2, home, blog, etc,.) I can not make a new sidebar nevertheless place it where I want it to go.
    Any suggestions?
