Rates files are not yet updated @loyukfai
The last updated timestamp of rates files is still “2021-03-08 09:00:56”
Updated rates files have been released by HKPost and the same have been updated in the plugin.

Sorry for this late update, but here is the reply from HK Post…
The Hongkong Post Postage Information dataset is released on monthly basis and the latest dataset have been released on the 15th April 2021.
Will continue to write to them to ask for a more speedy update, if anyone wants a c.c. copy please let me know.
