New Quote Templates: Could not be saved DB Insert Failed (Error #303)

    Hello,

    When I try to make a quote template with text I copied from Word, I am rewarded with this error:

    Could not be saved
    DB Insert Failed (Error #303)

    303 when I create a new one, 302 when I update one.

    There’s no weird artifacts in the HTML view that I can see could crash the editor.

    I think there’s a character limit, which is a bit unfortunate.

    Anything I can do for that?

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

    I’ll try to replicate the problem at my end; in order to do that, I need some additional information from you:

    – how long is the text you tried to add? You mentioned a possible character limit which is a great clue to investigate.

    – what’s the Word format you use? .doc or something different?

    – did you try pasting the same text onto a different text editor before pasting it to the quote template? This can help us understand if something in the Word format is clashing with the system.
