New Product – Page Not Found

    Hi,

    I created a new download and a new product for it, however every time I go to it, it says Page not found. The product is published. Additionally I cannot find the product ID to use this shortcode: [dlm_buy id=”8″]

    Any idea why my new product wouldn’t be showing on a product page? I do not have WooCommerce or any other ecommerce plugin installed on my site. The shop part of the plugin doesn’t need Woocommerce to work, correct?

    Hello,

    Yes, you do not need WooCommerce. Can you please go to the “Settings > Permalink” menu and click on “Save Changes” button and test again if the page is visible?
