    Hello,

We have been using WOOF for several months now and have been very pleased. Thanks for making and supporting this great plugin.

The problem we are running into:
We have a product attribute called “Film”. We just added a new term, “No Film” to this product attribute. No matter what we do, we cannot get the new term to appear in the WOOF filter. Things we have tried:

But still, the new term doesn’t appear in the filter. Please let us know what other information we can provide or what to try next for troubleshooting. Thanks!
    Tristan

    Hello Tristan

Are you sure you cleared this cache – https://c2n.me/48wcMly.png

If no luck – please drop me screenshots of the plugin settings

That fixed it! Thanks. I thought I had gone through all the WOOF options submenus, but turns out I missed the Options tab under Advanced where this lives. I had cleared our WP Rocket cache but didn’t know that WOOF employed its own caching. After clearing both, the term showed up. Thanks again!
