• This used to be a useful plugin but they split the Pro version from the free version and now the Pro version only gives a Page 404 error. I emailed the developers and no response. I have now lost paid for functions. Will be looking for a plugin that works.

    We have checked our emails see that we actually emailed you twice and got no answer from you. The emails were sent on the 13th to the yahoo address that you provided regarding your “songaday” site. Here are the contents of the emails we sent you:

    Hello Steph,

    What is the URL of the error?
    If you can, could you also please send us a screenshot of the 404 error that you’re seeing?

    Hello Steph,

    11.6 would likely give you the same issue, given we revised the analytics system. Also, as a Pro customer you have the option of creating a temporary admin login for us so that we can quickly resolve what’s going on for you. Simply add us as an admin user, and then delete the user when your issue is fixed.

    I have received no emails and that email doesn’t have a spam filter so they couldn’t have been moved to a spam folder, and I’m sure that it’s just a coincidence that all emails disappear until I write a poor review and then the next email makes it through OK.

    The plugin has now been not collecting data for long enough to make it useless to me and I have now got a different solution for my needs. So I will be using that solution instead of your broken plugin.
