New posts not showing up in recent posts widget

    I just submitted two new posts. However, the recent posts sidebar widget only shows one of them. I have a permanent front page with a gallery which links to recent posts so they’re still accessible. I changed the settings in ‘reading’ to see if it helped. Instead of front page displays ‘a static page’ I selected ‘your latest posts’ but it only shows one of the posts. If you click the image in the front page gallery menu or search for it then it finds it okay so there appears to be something wrong somewhere.
    I recently added the YouTube plug-in so tried deactivating it first just in case but the problem is still there.

    As far as I know everything seems to be working now. I had to go into the post and schedule it for a future release and voila!
