New Post should clear cache of previous post

Option: New Post, clear post/category/pagination.

When I use this setting, and add a new post, it doesn’t clear the cache of the previous post. Posts have navigational links at the bottom pointing to the previous/next posts. Because the previous post cache is not cleared, it doesn’t get updated with a navigational link to the next post.
