new post published not effective

    Hi
    I created new post published and test it work normal,but it not work when published new post.Post update function is normal.how do I troubleshooting.

    Hi @kofeisen,
    Thanks for your message.

    A couple things you can check:

    1. How are you creating new posts? Is it a front-end form? Block Editor? Or Classic Editor plugin?
    2. Are other emails being delivered from your site? Does using an Email Log or SMTP plugin help?
    3. Are you using the latest versions of WP and BNFW?

    1.Is front-end form,Block Editor
    2.Use WP mail SMTP plugin , I can’t see any log. but I can receive the post update mail use BNFW.
    3.latest versions of WP and BNFW

    Thanks. A few follow-up questions:

    1. So it’s a front-end version of the block editor? Are you using a plugin to do this, if so, which one?
    2. You can either use the Post SMTP plugin or the Email Log plugin to see a log.
