New Post emails not being received

We are using WP 3.8 hosted by blue host.
We have the WP-Members plugin version 2.8.8.We have just found out that some of our subscribers are NOT getting any of our email updates (i.e. new post notifications). There are three that we know of for sure. One has a verizon.net account and the other two are gmail. We do know of other subscribers that have Gmail that DO get the updates. Also, the emails do not appear to be going into any spam/junk boxes.
I have changed the email from which the emails are being sent from per the rocket geek FAQ site, but I’m not sure if this will make a difference. I wanted to check the forum before I bombarded my subscribers with another “testing” email.
I would appreciate any help!
