  • Yes, yes there is….
You can read about it here on my blog.
I wrote it, so if you have any problems, let me know.

Do I need something else?, because I don`t see any smtp account configuration.
Where do I have to put the files?.
    Thanks again

The files should go in wp-content/plugins
You configure the e-mail address that it is sent from in the file
PHP has to be configured to send mail, but other than that, you should be good to go.

How is PHP configured to send mail? How do I check?

I have WP the latest version, do I need to do anything special to configure so that PHP can send email ? If so, what do I need to do ? I have installed the post2mail, but nothing is happening when a new post is made. Can any one help to suggest something ?

Is there any way for this to auto-generate an e-mail list based on all the users of the blog? I’m making a blog for my family. I want an e-mail sent to all of them when there is a new post (not an edited post), but I don’t want to manually have to keep up if they should change their e-mail addresses on the blog, etc. TiA!

I know this is a late response and you’ve probably found a solution by now – but I think the ‘comments’ section on this very useful site seems to solve your problem.
