Do you use an optimisation plugin? Something like WP Super Cache, WP Rocket and what they are all called. Empty its cache or deactivate the plugin completely.
thanks for reply. Not that I know of no. But I’ve tried emptying every cache via chrome. No difference. My host is studying the problem. If it can’t be resolved, it makes the theme fairly useless for regular new posts. There’s a speedycache which was auto loaded with Softalicious when site set up with host.
A cache like this could be to blame. If you would show your link to your page, you might be able to recognise what else might be the cause.
AHA, Just found one answer. I signed in as usual, clicked the empty cache for this page under the speedycache links for each page newly done. And they now show on chrome and Safari when signed out! Cripes never had that before. Why?
You would have to clarify this with the support of the Speedycache plugin. They can tell you why their plugin is behaving like this: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/speedycache/
Thank you for pressing this issue as I had another hunt round dashboard/plugin links setting and so far it works! Why I have to do this is odd. Anyway fingers crossed for now. yes I might raise this with them…
