    Plugin Name: WYSIWYG Widgets

Plugin Description: Create easy rich text widgets without having to know HTML with WYSYWIG Widgets. This plugin adds a widget type which behaves exactly like the default WP Text Widget with just one difference; a rich text editor like you are used to from the post editor. Also you can use WP's media functions to upload and insert images and video into your widgets.

    Plugin link: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wysiwyg-widgets/

More info: WYSIWYG / Rich text widget editor

Got a great idea on how to improve this plugin or experience any bugs? Please, let me know!

Hi I thought I already posted this but can't find it anywhere.... The WYSIWYG Widgets sounds great but I can't get it to load images. If I go to the widget section and add to the sidebar i get the text box come up. I click here and go to the Tinymce view and can change the font etc no problem. However if I upload a picture it shows that it is uploaded into the WP Media Library but if I click 'insert into post' - it just goes to the media library and no way to navigate out. Any help would be appreciated - Richard
