Does this happen when iThemes Security is deactivated?
Is there any relevant message in your error_log or wp-admin/error_log file?
Can you switch themes temporarily and check again with a standard WordPress theme?
Your hosting provider may be blocking something. Try calling them for help.
There are lots of relevant threads on the Net for this. If you get nothing from the above steps, try this.

-Checked with them and all the ports are open
If it happens when iThemes Security is deactivated, it’s not the plugin’s fault.
Try deactivating other plugins you may have updated lately. If you have any plugin that messes with .htaccess (caching, redirection, etc), try deactivating them and/or removing their sections from .htaccess temporarily.
