Does anyone have an answer for this? Also, I updated 3 plug-ins today, can’t remember which ones, but I wonder if that has to do with it.
You can test it deactivating ALL plugins (yes, all) temporarily to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try deactivating via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
Tara, I just did that and it didn’t work. Any other ideas?
Okay, I’ve noticed something drastic is wrong with my blog. I have three posts I just scheduled for this week and not only am I not able to post pictures to them, they are reading about 1500 words more than they really are.
I have deactivated all my plug-ins and nothing. I am Genesis 1.9.2 through WP. Now, I am not computer literate at all so please be easy on me. I have a post that has to run tomorrow and need desperate help.
Thanks to any and all who can help me.

“Genesis” theme is listed in the WP theme repository.
You may want to contact the theme’s vendor.
Okay folks, I figured this out. I don’t know if it’s a WP deal, plug-in deal or Genesis deal. Anyway, you can no longer cut and paste from MS Word without a bunch of erroneous Word code being input into the WP document. It makes it so you can’t post a picture and also gives you a much higher word count than what really shows. By writing my stuff in WordPad and copy/pasting it into WP, it works.
Hopefully the folks here at WP will resolve this.
