I’m having an issue with the Polylang plugin for WordPress when using Elementor. When I click the “+” button to add a new page in another language, the new page is created but is not linked to the original page.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have the exact same problem! (video)

Would this get fixed when buying Polylang Pro? This should work even without the Pro right?

    Thanks

    hi @yasin70 @targox,

My friend has encountered similar problems around two days ago with my post, but before that I found another place that has the + button: that is , when I click into the post that I’ve published for the first language, at the right there’s a sidebar which divides into “Post” and “Block”, and when I choose “Post” and scroll down, under “Language”, there’s a “Translations” section where I can find + next to the language flag.

Then I told my friend about it and she said it seems to work better than the + signs from the all post/page.

As I’m not using Elementor, I’m not sure if the page/post looks the same. But hopefully it helps.
