New page created not showing in main navigation header

    Hello. Thanks in advance for your help.

    I created a new page (videos) that I would like to show up in the main navigation bar where my other main pages are (home, about us, services etc.). So I created the page, published it, but it doesn’t show up there along with the others. This page will be, more or less, dedicated to the form videos I currently post on my IGTV channel and any other demonstration-type videos I do in the future. I haven’t even gotten to that part yet, but if i can’t even get the page to show up, oh boy.

    If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.

    did you try add the page to the navigation menu and it failed to add?

    assign a “Template” to a page : When creating a page from wp-admin->Pages, you need to assign a “Template”. Until you do that, WordPress won’t know where to find the “page” or won’t know what to do with the request. Have you done that?

    If you have not done it, then, while creating/editing pages in the Admin, under “Page Attributes” in the right panel you select a template.

    Someone else created the website for me so he did most of it. He’s no longer working on the project. What I did was just basically copied what he had in for other headings in the navigation menu. He has default template for all those headings, but they’re working.

    Anyway, I did try changing the template to something else. I tried blog template, side navigaton template and it still isn’t showing up. I’m sure eit’s something quite simple I’m missing but I can’t see what it is.
