New order without adding card data or paypal

    Hello, at the end of purchase, without adding card or PayPal data, a new order is created, it is paid in woocommerce, but the card has not been entered without any data, I need help, regards

    What is the order status? It it is pending payment, that means the user went to checkout with PP, but then left without logging in / paying. There’s not much you can do in these scenarios.

    At WC > Settings > Products > Inventory, you can set a time limit for how long until pending payment orders are automatically cancelled.
