Hi, i just got a new order and i didn’t receive any email notification, neither my customer. so if paypal don’t sent me the alert i wouldn’t know about these order. My customer still waiting for the confirmation email, how can i fix that?

What status does the order have?

the order is Processing. was paid successfully.

Can you also test other emails are sending e.g. the lost password email from WordPress

I made a order myself and i received the email confirmation as a customer but as a seller don’t.
I didn’t received a new order email notification.

May be obvious, but is it enabled in the settings? And is the admin email configured?

Resolved!!
I override the template on my theme. I don’t know why the file disappeared from my theme, but i have it now.
woocommerce/setting/emails/new Order/copy template to my theme/.
