New Notification Type? Plugin (just) Upgraded

    We have a plugin that breaks our site every time it upgrades. The fix is simple, we just need to comment out a line in a .htaccess file (that they overwrite). So is it possible that Wordfence could somehow ALSO notify us when/after a plugin has been upgraded?
