I’m having trouble implementing Wise Chat, I put it on the page, but it doesn’t show new messages, only when I refresh the page, I took a look at the console and saw that it returns a 500 error. Could you help me?

I want to use the PRO version, because in the videos and examples I saw, it’s just what I need in the project, but I can’t test it on my website.

Please enable debug mode in Wise Chat and see what errors are reported.

Could you disable Cloudflare on the chat page? Also – please try switching to 2nd engine in chat’s advanced settings.
