3.3 version was too old.
If your messages is not important then i suggest you fresh install version 10.1.5
If you want to keep messages then update to 8.4.x version. It will auto update your database. Then again update to version 10.1.5. It will show an admin notice to database update. Click “Proceed” and follow instruction.

I have updated FEP with current version 10.1.5 but message not sent it’s showing the error “To required”, i fill the recipient field as well. One more thing it’s showing the
“Front End PM update You cannot update from your current version”. This message also when i click on proceed button.
i have added all the version and check but it didn’t work still showing the ‘To required’.
please help to remove this problem.

This issue happening after the 3.3 version. When i install the 4.1 version of FEP it generates the problem ‘To required’. Please help me to remove this issue.
Did you followed steps i mentioned above? Did you updated to 8.4.x then again 10.1.5?
