I see that there are two other reports of this, but I didn’t want to hijack anyone else’s post.

The newest update also broke my site (in which I had just started to install BadgeOS). I deactivated all plugins other than fully up-to-date WordPress, BadgeOS, Buddypress, and BBpress. Everything else was shut down. This is the page I get when I try to access a profile: https://flic.kr/p/2jbfyhH

Turning off BadgeOS and having only WordPress, Buddypress, and BBpress results in a normal profile page. In addition, activating all the other plugins that my site uses continues to result in a normal profile page: https://flic.kr/p/2jbjxxH

I’ve also tried a variety of themes, including GeneratePress and the standard WordPress-install themes. Same result.

So, it’s definitely something about BadgeOS that is causing the issue.

    Hi @bikerflyeradmin , @briar21

By looking at the screenshots, It seems that the OB pages are not configured on your site which is the cause of the issue. Please follow the steps below to fix that.

    1) Go to Dashboard > BadgeOS > OB Integration
    2) Create new pages and select them here.

you must have seen an option in the admin notice area to configure those pages automatically.

Thanks for the response. It looks like the new pages hadn’t been created when I installed the plugin (For those who want to check, go to your Pages (All) and sort by date. See if any new pages have been created since plugin install. In my case, there were only older pages).

Since I didn’t see a way of having the system recreate those pages and I didn’t see any instructions on how to manually create the correct type of pages (or exactly what to have within each one), I completely deactivated and then uninstalled the plugin. Then installed and activated it again.

Only then did I have the pages you mentioned and did the OB setting page actually point to them.

    Whew.

So, I now have the pages installed with the BadgeOS settings pointing correctly to them. The error message has now gone away and profiles are working appropriately again. I can now continue configuring the badge and point system.

    Marking this issue as resolved.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi @briar21,

Just FYI, we are releasing BadgeOS v3.6.1 and that will provide an easy way to configure the OB pages in the Settings. The new version is scheduled to be released this week.
